※If you apply for designation by the designated date: Sending designated notices, etc. around the 1st of the following month
※When applying for designation after the designated date: Send designated notices, etc. around the first day of the month following the application or two months after the application (depending on the application date).

If you have already been designated by an insurance medical institution or insurance pharmacy, but have not received the deemed designation at that time, or if you once answered `` decline '' to the intention confirmation from Yokohama City, New applications will be made by mail.
