１．Usage guidance for nursery schools

Please read the nursery school usage guide and apply by the deadline. The deadline for each month must arrive on the 10th of the previous month (or the previous business day for weekends and holidays).
Application documents for fiscal 2024 can be downloaded from the Child and Youth Bureau website.
Please refer to the entry example when filling out the application form.

２．Numbers that can be accepted

Please apply for the desired garden, including a garden with 0 people that can be accepted in the desired order from the first choice.

Notification of usage adjustment results

Notification of usage adjustment results
Notification method	We will tell by mailing "facility, business use adjustment result notice" or "facility, business use adjustment result (pending) letter of advice".
Date of delivery	Notification of the result will be announced around the 20th of each month, and if a job offer is made. The pending person will be notified of the result only in the first month of application, or when the desired facility / business is added or decided to use it.

※If you decline the job offer after the use of a nursery school is decided, be sure to submit the “Application for Cancellation (PDF: 352KB)”.

In addition to licensed childcare facilities and businesses, Aoba Ward offers non-licensed childcare facilities such as Yokohama nursery rooms, kindergartens and certified children's schools (for educational use).
(Children over 3 years old) and non-licensed childcare facilities and businesses such as the Yokohama Nursery Room. Please consider it.
If the frequency of needing childcare is less than 3 days a week, please use temporary childcare or temporary custody for infants.

Various changes and grant applications (notification is required in such a case)

When the person applying for use changes the application contents, when there is a change in the living situation of those who have already received benefits certification, or when the issuance of a certificate is required, a report is required.
