Kindergarten / Certified Children's Center (Educational Use)
Kindergartens are educational facilities based on the School Education Law, and there are two types, such as a facility-type benefit school and a private school subsidy school. In addition, an accredited child institution is a facility that combines the roles of a kindergarten and a nursery school, and educational use refers to the use of the kindergarten part. Some gardens carry out "custody childcare" that conducts educational activities before and after educational hours for applicants.

To use it
Please contact each facility directly.
After admission, please receive the necessary documents for the certification application from the facility and submit it to the facility.
When application documents are submitted to the ward office from the facility and approved, the ward office will send a “Benefit Certification Decision Letter” to the payment authorization guardian, so the guardian will present it to the facility and sign a usage contract.

・Kindergarten (private school subsidy, etc.) Monthly usage fee of up to 25,700 yen is free

City-type custody childcare
It is a custody childcare business that meets the standards (conduct date, time, staffing, etc.) set by Yokohama City and is carried out by kindergartens and certified children's schools that have been certified by Yokohama City.
It can be used when parents need childcare due to employment.
There are two types: "weekday type", which carries out custody childcare from Monday to Friday, and "normal type", which carries out custody childcare on Saturday in addition to weekdays.
