"First Azukari Ticket" is distributed.

Sometimes it is necessary to see the child with the help of someone while raising children, such as "I want to complete my errands" or "I want to make my own time and refresh myself." In such a case, regardless of the reason, temporary custody facilities such as licensed nursery schools and unlicensed childcare facilities, are temporarily taking care of children.
We distribute electronic coupons that allow you to experience such temporary custody facilities in the city free of charge to target households.

Subject to distribution

　　Households with children born on or after April 1, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as elementary school studenｔ)
　　In addition, siblings belonging to the target household can be used regardless of age within the expiration date.

Scenes that can be used

　　Oh I want to refresh myself
　　Oh I want to go to work or seek a job
　　Oh I want to go to a beauty salon or go out with a couple
　　Oh I want to finish my business
　　　It doesn't matter the reason.
　　※　Some facilities cannot be refreshed, so please contact the facility before using.

Flow of usage

①　Account creation

　　Enter your Address and name in the Yokohama Temporary Custody WEB Reservation System (outside site) and create an account.
　　※For details on how to operate the reservation system when using the first Azukari ticket, please refer to the bottom of the reservation system top page.
　　　Please download the manual from the "Operation Manual" and check it.

②　Preliminary interviews at temporary custody facilities

　　We will apply for an interview from the WEB reservation system and schedule will be adjusted by telephone.
　　After that, a preliminary meeting will be held with children.
　　※Even if you register only the siblings of the target household, the first Azukari ticket will not be issued.
　　　Please also apply for an interview for children born after April 1, 2023.　　

③　Coupons are issued on the WEB Reservation System

　　After the interview, electronic coupons will be issued on the WEB reservation system in order.

④ Reservations for temporary custody facilities

　　Reservations are made via the web reservation system or telephone.
　　※Reservation acceptance methods and acceptance period vary depending on the facility, so please check in advance.

⑤　Presenting the first Azukari ticket to the facility

　　Bring your smartphone on the day of use and present the coupon usage screen to the facility.

Number of distribution hours

　　24 hours of electronic coupons will be distributed to each eligible elementary school studenｔ.
　　※It can be used in 30 minutes.

Expiration date

　　The last day of the month when elementary school studenｔ became 2 years old

Usage procedure

①　After a preliminary interview with the target elementary school studenｔ, the [First Azukari Ticket] button will be displayed on the top screen.

②　Check the reservation for which you want to use your first Azukari ticket, and then enter the time.＞Please click on the link below.

③　Make sure that the reservation is for which you want to use the first Azukari ticket, and click [Use].

④　Enter the usage time and click [Confirm] button.
　※The input is in 30 minutes.
⑤　[Confirm] Please show the screen displayed after clicking to the person in charge of the facility.

※1 Eligible elementary school studenｔ is not enrolled in licensed nursery schools (including Yokohama nursery rooms, small-scale childcare business, in-house childcare business (for benefits), home-based childcare business, and nursery schools of certified children's schools) It is a child. Precautions

Azukari tickets cannot be used for school lunch, snacks and cancellation fees.
Please use the Azukari ticket within the reservation time.
The Azukari Ticket will be issued on the Yokohama City Temporary Custody WEB Reservation System, but if you cannot use the reservation system due to various reasons, please contact the following reference.
If you move, please change the Address registered in the reservation system immediately and contact the facility you are using.
