At the "Administrative Service Corner" at major stations in the city, you can get resident certificate and private seal certificates even outside the office hours at the ward office, such as Saturday and Sunday. family register notifications (birth, death, marriage, etc.) are accepted at the Holiday and Night Reception Desk. The documents will be reviewed in Family Registry Division at a later date, but if there are no serious defects, the date of submission will be the acceptance date.
