<Person who can use>
Those who meet all of the following two requirements:

1. Those who are receiving nursing care at home and are bedridden or have dementia symptoms "needs nursing care 4 or 5"
   Or those who are deemed to be particularly necessary in "Needs nursing care 1-3"
2. Municipal tax-exempt households and social security households

<Service Contents>

※2,000 yen is a unit.
The designated contractor will deliver the following month by the end of the previous month.

<Usage Fees>
10% of the standard amount (e.g., 200 yen per unit)
