For elderly people living alone, we have installed an emergency call device that allows immediate notification to flow to nearby people in the event of an emergency such as a sudden deterioration in their physical condition.

Those who live alone or are bedridden, who are deemed to need an emergency contact network (consent from neighbors are required.)

If an emergency occurs and the user presses the emergency call button, the first report destination (neighboring acquaintance, etc.) ⇒ Second report destination (Safety Management Bureau Fire Command Center) ⇒ Third report destination (relatives or close acquaintance) ) Will be reported in that order.

The first report destination must be registered with a local welfare officer who regularly monitors the user and a co-worker in the neighborhood. In addition, if the user is transported to the hospital and his / her home is absent, register a house manager who checks the door at home and check the fire source. (It is desirable that the house manager register with relatives or close acquaintances, and also serve as the first report destination or the third report.)
In the event of an emergency, the first report will be sent to the first reporting destination. The first report confirms the user's emergency and reports it to the Safety Management Bureau (second report destination). After that, the first report will rush to your home and contacts the house manager. When the first report destination is absent, the Safety Management Bureau (second report destination) and relatives (third report destination).

Subsidies for usage fees and construction fees vary depending on the previous year's income tax amount of the person who mainly livelihood.
(Applications from January to June is determined by the income tax amount for the previous two years.)
