<Person who can use>
Families who are 40 years old or older and are undergoing medical treatment due to lifestyle-related diseases or dementia, those who are living alone or tend to be locked up, or bedridden.
<Service Contents>
Public health nurses, dietitians, dental hygienists, etc. of the ward office Health and Welfare Center visit the home and provide advice on disease prevention and recuperation life while consulting on mental and physical health.
