１．Specially Approval Group B: Elderly households
For elderly households in need of housing, we give priority to the winning rate from general applicants when applying for Municipal Housing. Elderly households are households whose applicants are over 60 years old and consisting of only living together relatives who fall under any of the following (1) to (4).
（１） Spouse
（２） Relatives over 60 years
（３） Relatives under the age of 18
（４） Physically disabled, mentally disabled and intellectually disabled
２．Single-person housing
Those who have general occupancy qualifications and do not currently have relatives of living together, or who were born before April 1, 1956

Held every year around April and October. "Bookmarks for recruitment" and "Application Form" are distributed at Aoba Ward Office Public Relations Section and Azamino Administrative Service Corner.

<Eligible for residents>
Eligible elderly persons (65 years old or older) or two-person households (65 years old and over 60 years old) who are eligible to enter Municipal Housing and currently have no relatives in living together.

Yokohama City has certified private rental housing equipped with an emergency call system device with barrier-free specifications and emergency call system equipment so that elderly people can move in with peace of mind. Some houses provide services such as dispatching life support staff.
Depending on the income of the resident household, rent assistance may be available.
