We conduct regular visits and telephone monitoring activities for elderly people living alone in Aoba Ward.
<Person who can use>
Elderly people living alone, generally over 70 years old, households only for the elderly, and other elderly people who need other support.
<Service Contents>
The local welfare officer in charge of your district (fraternity activity promotion member, health activity promotion member depending on the situation) visits the target person's home about once a month or asks you about your daily situation by telephone. In addition, if necessary, we will contact other organizations (ward office or Local Elderly Care Management Center) and provide information.
