On October 29, 2020, the pond in Chigasaki Park was cleaned and dredged.

Currently, we are cleaning and dredging the pond in Chigasaki Park during the "Sekirei no Michi / Chigasaki Park Partial Facility Improvement Project". As part of the community contribution activities of the construction company Kitamuraen Co., Ltd., we conducted work experiences and biological surveys with students (about 50 people) as environmental learning and extracurricular classes at Chigasaki Junior High School.

About one hour, Chigasaki Junior High School, Park Protection Association, Kitamuraen Co., Ltd., and Tsuzuki Public Works Office entered the pond together with the participation of the park protection society and picked up earth and sand and tree branches, stones and garbage. Was. I was able to find creatures such as small fish, shellfish, and crayfish from the earth and sand.
