Yokohama B Corsears 2019-20 season end report

The professional basketball team "Yokohama B Corsears", whose home town is Tsuzuki Ward  , came to the ward office to report the end of the B.LEAGUE 2019-20 season.

Tetsuya Ueda, Hidemasa Ikuhara, Kenji Yamada Assistant GM, and other team fronts reported the end of the season.

In the 2019-20 season, the league and post-season were canceled due to the impact of COVID-19, but on the other hand, it is decided to continue playing in B1 again next season. President Ueda will also talk about his future aspirations, including the next season, and Ikuhara and Assistant GM Yamada will continue to be unable to play basketball as much as he has never experienced before due to long-term self-restraint. He talked about what he did and the situation where he could not practice overall.

Mr. Teruo Murata, Chairman of the Tsuzuki Ward   Alliance Neighborhood Associations, Neighborhood Association Murata, gave words of encouragement to Ikuhara and team staff for the next season.

Last year, Tsuzuki Ward   conducted a basketball class for junior high school students in the ward, a support day for Tsuzuki Ward   in conjunction with the opening game at the Yokohama International Pool, and a "sitting stretch" broadcasted on the Insurance and Pension Division window on the second floor and on the monitor on the first floor of the Tsuzuki Ward   Office.
