In June 2022, the long-awaited facility opened as the fifth district center in Tsuzuki Ward and the sixth community care plaza. This is the last 81st facility in the Yokohama City District Center 81 Maintenance Plan. The first festival was held in June 2023, one year after its opening.

〇 Until the Tsuda District Center / Tsuda Community Care Plaza is established
Mr. Murata, Chairman of the Tsuda District Center and Community Care Plaza Management Council, who gave congratulations at the opening ceremony of the festival.
We talked about the difficulties of realizing the facility and expectations for the future.
The story went back to the 81 district center maintenance plan to be set up at 81 locations in the city 25 to 30 years ago.
Initially, the district center in the Tsuda area was proposed in Toho Pond and Kawamukai Town.
It was postponed from the viewpoint of construction costs, etc., and there was a period during which a suitable location could not be found.
After that, it was decided to build it at the current location, and since 2017, we have repeated construction round-table conferences with the government.
In 2022, a facility that incorporates the needs of local residents was completed.
In the future, we will improve transportation and facility services such as bus services.
He expressed his expectation that it would be a place where residents could easily come.

It was finished in about 5 minutes by hand drip repeatedly.

At today's festival, it became a gymnasium (large) variety of simulation shops and fun corners on the second floor stage.
