General application flow
In the case of a kids club
①Briefing session for new first-year students (from January to February)
At the elementary school entrance briefing session, we will explain how to use kids and distribute application forms.
②Fill out the application form and pay insurance premiums (March)
Attach a certificate of payment of insurance premiums to the application form with required items and submit it to Kids.
③Started use of kids (April)
New first-year students registered in [Category 2A / B] can use kids from April 1st.
In the case of the elementary school student Club
Please contact each club because the application method and application time are different for each club.
From summer and autumn before enrollment, there are clubs that hold activity tours and entrance briefings for new first-year students in the next fiscal year.
The status of recruitment and briefing sessions for the next fiscal year will be posted on the elementary school student Club page around September every year.
In the case of a kids club
When registering in [Category 2A / B] quickly, it is necessary to submit a certificate (work certificate, etc.) that you are away from home elementary school student.
In the case of the elementary school student Club
Many clubs do not need to submit a certificate of employment, but please contact each club because each club has different documents.
You can download the reference form from the page of elementary school student Training Division after school in City of Yokohama, Child and Youth Bureau. Please note that the format specified by each club may differ due to the reference format for clubs, so please contact the club you plan to use directly.
The format of the certificate of employment for the kids club and nursery school after school is different, but if the information required by the club is described, it may be possible to substitute it, so please contact the club you plan to use directly.
