About after-school kids club

The after-school kids club is a "place for elementary school students to stay after school" installed at each elementary school.
This program is designed to provide all children with a place of play free of charge, and to provide a place to live for elementary school studenｔ who are away from home.

"Elementary school students attending the school" or "elementary school students who go to private schools, etc. residing in the elementary school district"

Weekdays and Saturday (excluding holidays and New Year's holidays)
※However, if there is an unavoidable reason to close the kids club after school, or if there is no request to use it, the closing or opening time may be shortened. In addition, the available days and times vary depending on the usage category.

Weekdays: After school until 4 p.m.
Saturday: None (only programs are allowed)
School holidays: Time specified by the club (about 2 hours)
Usage Fees: Free (A separate insurance subscription fee will be charged.) ※Up to 800 yen per year (depending on clubs)
※Acceptance may be canceled at the time of disaster or when a heat stroke alert is issued.

When registering, a certificate (work certificate, etc.) that you are away from home elementary school studenｔ is required.
In addition, there are two categories that have different usage time and usage fees in the quick and easy category (Category 2).

Weekdays: After school until 5:00 p.m.
Saturday: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
School holidays: 8 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Usage Fees: Excluding July and August / 2,000 yen per month, July and August / 2,500 yen per month
※400 yen/time can be extended until 7:00 p.m.
※A separate insurance subscription fee and snack fee will be charged.
(Insurance fee: 800 yen or less per year (depending on club), snack fee: actual cost)

Saturday: 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
School holidays: 8 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Usage Fees: Excluding July and August / 5,000 yen per month, July and August / 5,500 yen per month
※A separate insurance subscription fee and snack fee will be charged.
(Insurance fee: 800 yen or less per year (depending on club), snack fee: actual cost)

Households receiving the Yokohama City Subsidies for School Expenses, households exempt from municipal tax income tax, and households receiving livelihood protection can use the fee reduction system.
Please contact the kids club after school for information on applying for the usage fee reduction system.

Classification (Category 2B): Excluding July and August / 2,500 yen per month, July and August / 3,000 yen per month
