If you are planning to give birth and wish to use the 0-year-old class from April 1, 2025, you can apply before birth (please submit your name blank).
However, you must give birth by February 3, 2025 and submit "registration form after birth" to the ward office Children and Families Support Division by February 10, 2025. If you do not submit it, you will not be eligible for usage adjustment.
