For those who apply in Family Registry Division

The Family Registry Division window will be very crowded during the moving season, so please use the online procedures and mailing procedures for some procedures such as moving out or requesting a copy of the resident certificate.
If you are coming to the counter, please come with plenty of time.

To those who apply at the ward office window

Counter web ticketing

On the day of the next agency, you can access the pre-website ticketing site with your smartphone and get a reception number.
By coming to the ward office when the order approaches, you can reduce the waiting time at the ward office.
Be sure to record the "Reception Number" and "Authentication Number" on the pre-web ticketing completion screen (if you have forgotten, please issue a new ticket).
When you come to the ward office, select "People who have received advance WEB reception" at the ticketing machine, enter the "Authentication Number", and issue a number tag (paper).

〇 Procedures for issuing pre-WEB tickets
 No. 1 window: Resident registration / Seal Registration (moving, school procedures, residence indication, special permanent resident certificate)
〇 Time zone when tickets can be issued in advance
 Weekdays (Monday to Friday)
  9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
 Saturday Open agency day (2nd and 4th Saturday)
  9:30 am to 11:00 am

Multi-copy machines such as convenience stores

Convenience store delivery service
This service allows you to obtain various certificates such as copies of resident certificate using a multi-copy machine installed at convenience stores nationwide using My Number Card.
Change of personal identification number of my number card (electronic certificate)
You can reset the PIN of the digital certificate for signature (6 to 16 digits mixed with alphanumeric characters) or the digital certificate for user certification (4 digits) from a kiosk terminal (multi-copy machine) such as a convenience store .

My Number Card Special Center

On weekdays and nights, weekends and holidays, you can also apply for procedures such as receiving your My Number Card, renewing your digital certificate, and changing your PIN.
The special center where you can apply for the procedure differs depending on your ward.
"Receipt of My Number Card" and "Renewal of Digital Certificate (including expired)" are [reservation required].

If you live in Tsurumi Ward, please use the Yokohama-sta.-nishiguchi Special Center.
