The 50th anniversary time capsule of the Seya Ward System

In a project commemorating the 20th anniversary of the constituency system held in March 1989, under the theme of "The Future of Seya Ward (present)", paintings and collections (560 items) recruited from elementary and junior high schools in the city were stored in capsules and opened 30 years later on the 50th anniversary of the constituency system.
Finally, that time has come! Open the capsule.

On Sunday, June 2, 2019, a time capsule open event was held.
Everyone who stored the work in the time capsule 30 years ago, who contacted us, gathered. Thank you very much for your cooperation.

The work stored in the time capsule is returned.
If you are aware that you may have your own work, please contact us by e-mail or telephone.

If you can confirm that the work is stored, we will return the work by mail or at the counter, so please return it.

Please note that the work will be discarded if there is no request by Monday, December 28, 2020, although it is truly selfish.

Please specify required items in the “Seya District System 20th Anniversary Time Capsule Return Bill” (word: 18KB), attach a copy of the claimant confirmation documents (driver's license, insurance card, etc.) and mail it to General Affairs Section Seya Ward General Affairs Division.
We will check the contents of the request and send it out sequentially.

Please specify required items in the “Seya Ward 20th Anniversary Time Capsule Return Invoice” (word: 18KB) and present the claimant confirmation documents (driver's license, insurance card, etc.). Reception will be at General Affairs Section Seya Ward General Affairs Division (39th floor on the 3rd floor of the ward office building).
