Request for sponsorship of the 50th anniversary of the Seya Ward System

In order to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Seya Ward System with the inhabitants of the ward, we raised sponsorship money from inhabitants of a ward, companies, and groups who can support the commemorative project.

Application period

From October 1, 2018 to the end of August 2019

Benefits

(1)We will present an original pin badge (one per unit) to those who support us. (Only for those who wish)
(2)Companies and organizations will be presented with original stickers and memo clips indicating that they are sponsoring companies.
(3)Depending on the amount of sponsorship, the name of the sponsor will be posted on the website and commemorative ceremony, etc., depending on the amount of sponsorship. (regardless of individuals, companies and organizations)
(4)A commemorative magazine (scheduled to be created in FY2019) will be presented to companies, organizations and individuals who have supported 5,000 yen or more.

How to apply for sponsorship

Please download the application form, fill out the required items and submit it to the Executive Committee Secretariat (General Affairs Division, Seya Ward).
Submissions can be made by e-mail, fax, or mail.

Please transfer to the following account within one week from the submission of the application form.
(Please pay the transfer fee.)
You can also bring cash to the Executive Committee Secretariat (General Affairs Division Seya Ward).
