Stamp commemorating the 50th anniversary of the Seya Ward System

To commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Seya constituency system, we will create an original frame stamp jointly with Japan Post Co., Ltd. and start selling it.
Stamps are composed of photographs taken by inhabitants of the ward, such as scenery in the ward, flower hydrangea of the ward, bird naga of the ward, and are a stamp full of seasonal charm of Seya.
