［２］ Goals and policies for town development by district (7) Kamigo B district

The current situation, issues, and theme-specific policies described in the previous chapter are divided into seven districts and nine around Hongodai Station, and Ofuna Station, referring to the division of the Union Neighborhood Associations.

• The number of years of residence is 43.5% in 20 to 30 years (2000 Sakae Ward Public Awareness Survey), and many residents have been in development residential areas since the beginning of development. .
• There are many requests for early maintenance of Ring Route 4 because the chronic traffic congestion and hinders regular bus operation, there are many requests for early maintenance of Route 4.
• The area around the Maioka Kamigo Line, which is currently an urbanization control area, is within walking distance of Konandai Station and is highly convenient, so there is a possibility of land use conversion. In doing so, there is a need for a planned town development that contributes to regional revitalization together with the conservation green area.
• The Sakae Plant of the Environmental Business Bureau has been shut down since February 2001.
• There are Sakae Pool, Suifuso, Kamigo / Mori no Ie, Shodonaka Community House, Nakano Community Care Plaza, and the construction of the Kamigo District Center (tentative name) is planned. .
• It is blessed with natural resources such as the Hitachi River, Sekamisawa (Itachi River right tributary), Segami Shimin-no-Mori, Kamigo Shimin-no-Mori, and the Yokohama Nature Observation Forest.
