The following procedures for the National Pension Fund can be submitted by electronic electronic application (minor portal) or by mail. If you wish to proceed by mail, please check the necessary documents for notification in advance and enclose the required documents. Please note that documents will be returned if there are any omissions in required items or required documents fails.

Procedure of national pension by electronic application using a minor portal
If you have a My Number card, you can apply for an electronic device from the minor portal. ※You can also apply for an electronic device from your smartphone.

Preparation for Use
1 Prepare the "My Number Card" and the password set when you received your My Number Card.
2 Access the minor portal and follow the procedure for registering the user.

Fill out the documents with a writing instrument such as a ballpoint pen (pencil and erasable ballpoint pens are not allowed).

※The procedure to switch from the national pension to Atsushi Seinen or No. 3 insured is the procedure at your employer, and there is no need for procedures at the ward office.
※Applications for student payment exceptions, exemptions, and grace can be traced back for the past two years. (However, in principle, the period already paid is excluded.)
