Minami Ward Dietary Improvement Promotion Committee (Minami Ward Healthmate)

It is a nationwide organization that engages in volunteer activities to promote health through food under the slogan "Our health is our hands."
In order to spread health promotion that harmonizes nutrition, exercise, and rest to the community, we carry out voluntary activities and activities in cooperation with the ward office.

You can enroll after attending a training course held in Minami Ward Health and Welfare Center and completing a prescribed course.
