We will train those who will be active as members of the dietary life improvement promotion (nickname: health mate) who are engaged in activities as health promotion volunteers centered on food in the community.
After the course, you will become a "member of the dietary life improvement promotion (healthmate)" and can act as a guide for health promotion in the community.

・Regular training sessions for members, health promotion walking, easy nursing care food classes, Oyako food education classes, health promotion classes in the community, etc.　

Schedule for FY2024

Contents: Health promotion and eating habits, exercise, rest, etc.

• Opening ceremony
• Basic knowledge of lifestyle-related diseases
• Basic knowledge of diet and nutrition
• Relationship and practice of physical activity, exercise and health
• Mental and Physical Health
• Mouth health (prevention of periodontal disease)
• Hygiene in daily life (food safety and environment)
• Activities in the community, activities of members of the dietary life improvement promotion (healthmate)
• Completion ceremony

Time: 2-4 p.m.　※1)From 13:30 to 16:00 on Friday, December 6　※2)Tuesday, December 17 from 12:45 to 15:00
Venue: Multipurpose room on the 4th floor of the Minami Ward General Government Building, etc.
Target: 20 people who live in Minami Ward and can attend all times in principle (lottery if there are many applications)
※In principle, those who attended all times will be issued a “Completion Certificate”, and graduates can also carry out local health promotion activities as “Dietary Life Improvement Promotion Member (nickname: Health Mate)”.
