Why don't you talk to a food expert-administrative dietitian about your diet, nutrition, and health concerns? We will ask you about your lifestyle and advise you on your dietary improvement points toward your goals. Nutrition consultation is also available for lifestyle-related diseases.

Dietary nutrition and health consultation (individual consultation)

Consultation method can be either "consultation at the ward office venue" or "consultation by telephone".

This is an individual consultation for lifestyle-related diseases diet such as diabetes and hypertension, or individual consultation for those who want to improve their diet due to obesity.
Please consult us about how to read the results of medical examinations, tips for reducing salt, healthy diet, and meals for elderly people.
Consultation time: The consultation time per person is about 30 to 45 minutes.
The cost is free.
Target: People living in Minami Ward
Location: Nutrition Consultation Room (No. 6) on the 4th floor of Minami Ward Office
