※For the images being posted, photos from activities before 2020 may be posted.
Higashi Hongo district
As part of the activities of the past year, as part of community welfare, helping bus trips and lunch round-table conferences for those living alone, health checks at "Refreshing Sports", health checks at "Higahongo Festival" as part of green and support love We are working closely with the community, such as health checks.
In this fiscal year, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it was only an activity to help "Baby Classroom" with child care support.
I would like to work with the community while exploring what kind of activities I can do in the future.
Kamoi area
The Kamoi district participates in various events in Neighborhood Association throughout the year.
This year, local events were canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
We helped with health checks at the opening ceremony of the “Manpo no Kai”, a healthy town walking party launched in September.
In the era of COVID-19, many people have become more interested in their own health.
Health promotion activities in the Kamoi area in cooperation with local communities.
I feel the significance and role of a partner to spread knowledge every day.
Takeyama area
A total of about 3,300 households and about 6,800 people from 4 residents' associations in Takeyama 1-4 chome, Takeyama Minami Neighborhood Association, and Southern Hills Takeyama Neighborhood Association participate inNeighborhood Association and the Japan National Council of Social Welfare.
The population structure in the region is aging at 40% of those aged 65 and over, but in the health check, health consultations with doctors at hospitals in housing complex and staff at community care plazas were well received, and I feel the value of the promotion committee activities.
Hakusan district
In our district, we conduct gymnastics classes with two teachers.
Every Wednesday, I play whole body exercises such as Jiangjiang art exercises and foot pots, and once a month, I sit on a chair and sign language during gymnastics for an hour and a half.
I'm doing gymnastics well.
Shinji Chubu area
Local bond in "town-wide health promotion classroom"!
With the cooperation of the Neighborhood Association, the Japan National Council of Social Welfare, and the Health and Welfare Center, we plan and implement more than six times a year. The annual walking and ground golf twice a year (spring and early winter) are attended by many participants each time, and it is an opportunity to refresh both physically and mentally.
In fiscal 2019, Boccia, a designated event for the Tokyo Paralympic Games, was adopted, and it was a place to deepen bonds with everyone, worried about the passionate battle (health promotion).
Yamashita district
- Hand washing check with hand washing checker
Over the past few years, we have been checking hand washing at each salon in the Yamashita area to prevent influenza.
We will continue this check, which is very meaningful as a countermeasure against COVID-19, for all health activity promotion staff, for local people.
- Finally resumed! Yamashita High Hiokapi
High-hiokapi, which had been closed due to COVID-19, resumed in September.
The second reopening event was a baby oil massage with a lecturer.
All the staff members feel rewarding and joyful at the smiles and lively appearance of the participants.
Miho District
Baby classroom
The event is held 10 times a year in community hall, Miho-cho, on the third Thursday of each month (except August and December) for parents and children of the first child (0 years old). (FY2020 will be implemented from July)
As a measure to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we worked to measure the temperature at the entrance of the venue, disinfect fingers, ventilate rooms, and wear masks.
Under the guidance of a public health nurse, information and guidance on parent-child gymnastics and childcare while singing nursery rhymes are provided and guidance advice, and children's monthly group meetings are grateful for sharing information and deepening friendship between mothers. .
Western part of Shinji
Major Activities
- Child care support base "Ippo" baby classroom
- Local health check
- Health courses for the community (gymnastics, vaudeville, etc.)
- Equipment handling training, regular meetings
- Cooperation of request business from ward Health and Welfare Center
The other day, I was impressed with the joy of saying, "While I felt uneasy both physically and mentally in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic, the baby classroom resumed and I was able to connect with the local people." We will continue to engage in activities that are close to the local community.
Tokaichiba housing complex Area
As early as this year, I was affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Among them, health promotion staff, together with the staff of Tokaichiba Care Plaza, were able to provide health checks to local people.
We hope that in fiscal 2021, we will become a health activity promotion committee that can cooperate positively and contribute to a better community.
Kirigaoka district
Due to COVID-19, all of this year's "Health Check Day" will be canceled until December. Even under COVID-19, we looked for a way to hold it, but we gave it up hard.
Most local events have been canceled, and only the reception of disaster drill and other organizations and cooperation in the implementation of temperature measurement.
The training is "Toe strength measurement", the highlight of this year's health check day. Training is conducted to avoid crowds. 12 people participated.
We hope that the “Health Check Day”, which is also a place for participants to interact, will resume as soon as possible.
Nagatsuta area
Now that various events have not been held during the COVID-19 pandemic, we plan in mid-September with War Inge, where the promotion staff can move their bodies to prevent lifestyle habits while preventing at least three crowds. We decided on a course entitled "Let's know the town where we live." On the day of the event, I was exposed to the warm sunshine, touched nature, but I filled my body with a mask, and enjoyed it while surprised at the places I did not know.
