Customer Attitude Survey on Water Supply in FY2022

In order to consider the provision of higher quality water services, Water Works Bureau conducted a survey on customer awareness regarding water supply, targeting residents living in the city and businesses using water in the city. Thank you very much for your response to many customers.

Survey period

From Friday, November 11, 2022 to Friday, November 25, 2022

Survey target

  1. For housework
  • 4,000 people aged 18 or older living in the city (random sampling)
  1. Commercial use
  • 1,000 establishments using water in the city (random sampling)

  1. Housework (26 questions)
  • About the safety and use of tap water
  • About securing drinking water at the time of disaster
  • About water rate
  • About water supply business
  1. Business use (17 questions)
  • About use of tap water
  • About securing drinking water at the time of disaster
