１．What is the reduction or exemption of basic rates for water and sewerage rates?
A
The following target person applies for reduction of taxes of basic rate, and basic rate of water rate, sewerage system usage fee is reduced.
- Physical disability grade 1 or 2
- Intellectual disability (Intelligence Index 35 or less)
- Single-parent households, etc. medical expenses subsidized households
- Households receiving special Child Raising Allowance
- Mental disorder Grade 1
- Duplicate disability <body> (Person with physical disability grade 3 and intelligence index 75 or less / person with physical disability grade 3 and intelligence index 75 or less per household / Two people with physical disability grade 3 per household / Intelligence index 75 or less) 2 people)
- Duplicate disability <mental disorder 2nd grade and physical disability 3rd grade / mental disorder 2nd grade and intelligence index 75 or less / one household with mental disorder 2nd grade and physical disability 3rd grade / one household One person with mental disorder 2nd grade and one with intelligence index 75 or less / two people with mental disorder 2nd grade per household)

２．How do you apply for reduction of taxes for persons with disabilities?
A
Please bring confirmation documents issued by the Health and Welfare Center of each ward office, such as a certificate of the physically handicapped, a psychological judgment, and a certificate of social security, to the Water Works Bureau Waterworks Office in charge of your ward office. (As a general rule, please come by yourself.)
You can also apply at the Health and Welfare Center of each ward office.

３．What will happen if it is difficult for the disabled person to do so?
A
You can bring your agent with a certificate to the Water Works Bureau Waterworks Office in charge of your ward or to the Health and Welfare Center office of each ward office and send a copy of your documents to the Water Works Bureau Waterworks Office in charge of your ward office.
In the case of application by mail, a copy of the application for reduction of the amount equivalent to the basic fee, a copy of the certificate, etc. (name, Address, date of birth, grade of disability, and date of commencement of payment).
