About reduction of charges

Basic rate of water rate, sewerage system usage fee is reduced by having the next target person applies for reduction of basic rate.

• Single-parent households receiving welfare
• Grade 1 or 2
• Intellectual disability (Intelligence Index 35 or less)
• medical expenses subsidized households
• Households receiving special Child Raising Allowance
• Mental disorder Grade 1
• Nursing care 4 or 5
• Duplicate disability <physical> (Persons with a physical disability level 3 and an intelligence index of 75 or less / 1 household with a physical disability level 3 and an intelligence index of 75 or less in one household / 2 people with an intelligence index of 75 or less)
• Duplicate disability <mental> (Persons with mental disorders grade 2 and those with an intelligence index of 75 or less / 1 household with mental disorders 2nd grade and 3rd grade 3rd grade / 1 household 1 Mental disorder 2nd grade and those with an intelligence index of 75 or less / 2 people with mental disability class 2 in one household)

※Applicable only if the person eligible for reduction is at home. (At the time of application, those who have been admitted to social welfare facilities for 3 months or more are not applicable.)

Please bring confirmation documents issued by Health and Welfare Center of each ward office, such as a certificate of the physically disabled, psychological judgment certificate, and social security certificate, to the Water Works Bureau Water Supply Office in charge of your ward. (In principle, please come by yourself.)
You can also apply at the Health and Welfare Center of each ward office.

Please bring your agent to the Water Works Bureau Water Supply Office in charge of your ward or a notebook certifying to the Health and Welfare Center of each ward office, and bring your confirmation documents (copy) to the Water Works Bureau Waterworks Office in charge of your ward.
In the case of application by mail, a copy of the basic fee, a copy of the certificate to prove, etc. (the name, Address, date of birth, disability class, date of birth, disability class, date of payment are listed.) Please send the parts other than those listed on the left with black magic etc.)

The basic fee reduction application form is distributed at the Water Works Bureau Waterworks Office in charge of your ward and at Health and Welfare Center of each ward office. We also accept mail from Water Works Bureau Waterworks Office, so please contact the Water Works Bureau Customer Service Center.
