Confirmation of boundary with Water Works Bureau property

The Yokohama City Waterworks Bureau owns land in and outside Yokohama City.
The flow for those who own the land adjacent to these lands to check the boundaries is as follows.
Water Works Bureau does not provide proof of boundaries.

1.Window consultation

We provide window consultation on the land owned by the Water Works Bureau.
Window consultation is available at any time at the Water Works Bureau Asset Utilization Division Ledger conservation (city hall 20th floor, Phone number:045-671-3659).
If you make a telephone reservation in advance before coming to the agency, you can smoothly check the boundary status of the land owned by the Water Bureau and the management map owned by the Water Bureau.
The management drawings owned by Water Works Bureau are used as reference materials. It does not prove the boundary.
In addition, the local management of the land owned by the Water Bureau is performed separately by the section in charge (hereinafter referred to as the “Local Management Section”). .

2.Request for Boundary Meeting

As a result of window consultation, if boundary confirmation is necessary, please submit a boundary meeting request form to the Water Bureau.
Documents to be submitted regarding boundary confirmation (boundary witness) are as follows. For more information, please contact the Asset Utilization Division Ledger conservation.

If due to circumstances, if you decide to withdraw after submitting a request to the Water Works Bureau, you will be required to submit a withdrawal form.
If a withdrawal form is submitted, the Boundary Attendance Request Form (including attached documents) will be returned.

3.Boundary Party

Based on the actual measurement of the current situation, a boundary meeting will be held on site. The witness of the Water Bureau will be the staff of the Asset Utilization Division and the Local Management Division.
At the boundary meeting, you will be asked to measure the distance between points indicated in the actual measurement map.
If it is necessary to restore the landmarks, we will also check the restored locations.
If the consent of the related parties is obtained regarding the landmarks to be confirmed, please make a draft of the land boundary confirmation document.
In addition, depending on the boundary witness point, the adjacent landowner may submit a boundary witness confirmation.

4.Exchange of confirmation of land boundary

The boundary witness requester and the Water Road Bureau will exchange a confirmation of land boundary, and the boundary confirmation procedure will be completed.

6 Is the attached documents original at the request of the border witness?

A copy of the official map and a copy of the certificate of all matters (land) shall be the original or copy within three months after issuance at the registry office. Other attached documents shall be the original or copy.
In addition, when using the documents obtained by the registration information provision service, since the registrar has not been certified, it is written in the name of the land and house investigator that is not different from the original, and the investigator seal is stamped Must be.
