Long-term loan of land owned by Water Works Bureau loans

In City of Yokohama, Water Works Bureau City provides long-term loans through business fixed-term leases and fixed-term building leases.
Users are determined for these sites by public offering, but the public offering method and loan conditions differ for each property.
However, the following items cannot be used.

  1. Customs business prescribed in Article 2, Paragraph 1 of the Act on Regulations on Customs Sales and Other Businesses and the Optimization of Business (Act No. 122 of 1948), special business related to sex customs business prescribed in Paragraph 5 of the same Article, and the like To be used for business.
  2. Gangsters stipulated in Article 2, item 2 of the Yokohama City Gangster Exclusion Ordinance (December 2011 Yokohama City Ordinance No. 51), gangsters stipulated in item 4 of the same Article, etc. Or a person who has a close relationship with a gangster prescribed in Article 7 of the same Article uses it for its activities.
  3. A person who has a violation of Article 23, Paragraph 1 or Paragraph 2 of the Kanagawa Prefectural Gangster Exclusion Ordinance (2010 Kanagawa Prefectural Ordinance No. 75) should use it for its activities.
  4. Use for odor, noise and other purposes that may cause inconvenience to nearby residents.
  5. Use that makes it difficult to return due to soil contamination, etc.
  6. Use for political or religious purposes
  7. Use against public order and morals
  8. Other uses determined by the authorities to be unsuitable

Applicants' qualifications

The main qualifications are as follows.

  1. A person who falls under the provisions of No. 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (1947 Cabinet Order No. 16)
  2. Despite poor business conditions (A petition has been filed for bankruptcy or corporate rehabilitation procedures or other similar procedures, special liquidation procedures or company liquidation procedures have been started, or bill transactions have been suspended.) a man
  3. Organizations and their officers or members who have received the dispositions listed in Article 8, Paragraph 2, Item 1 of the Act on the Regulation of Organizations Performing Indiscriminate Mass Murder (Act No. 147 of 1999)
  4. Gangsters prescribed in Article 2, item 2 of the Yokohama City Gangster Exclusion Ordinance, gangsters stipulated in Article 4 of the same Article, gang management governing corporations prescribed in item 5 of the same Article, or gangsters prescribed in Article 7 of the Ordinance Person who is deemed to have a close relationship with members
  5. A person who has a fact that has violated Article 23, Paragraph 1 or Paragraph 2 of the Kanagawa Gangster Exclusion Ordinance
  6. Others who are judged to be unsuitable as borrowers
