Long-term loans receivable

City of Yokohama, Water Works Bureau provides long-term loans based on fixed-term leases for business use and fixed-term buildings.
For these sites, etc., the user is determined by public offering, but the method of public offering and loan conditions differ for each property.
However, the following items are not available.

1. Customs business prescribed in Article 2, Paragraph 1 of the Act on Regulations on Customs Sales and Other Businesses and the Adequacy of Business (Act No. 122 of 1948), special business related to sex customs business prescribed in Paragraph 5 of the same Article, etc. To be used for similar businesses
2. Gangsters prescribed in Article 2, item 2 of the Yokohama City Gangster Exclusion Ordinance (December 2011 Yokohama City Ordinance No. 51), gangsters prescribed in Article 4, etc. Use for their activities by a person who has a close relationship with a management controlling corporation or a gangster prescribed in Article 7 of the same Article shall use it for their activities.
3. Use by a person who has a fact that violates Article 23, Paragraph 1 or Paragraph 2 of the Kanagawa Prefectural Criminal Exclusion Ordinance (2010 Kanagawa Ordinance No. 75) for its activities
4. Offering for odors, noise, and other purposes that disturb nearby residents
5. Use that makes it difficult to return due to soil contamination.
6. Use for political or religious purposes
7. Use that is contrary to public order and morals
8. To be used for other applications determined by the authorities as inappropriate

The main qualifications for participation are as follows.
Please note that it differs for each property, so please refer to the recruitment guidelines for each property.

1. A person who falls under the provisions of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (1947 Cabinet Order No. 16) No. 167-4
2. Condition of poor business (a petition for commencement of bankruptcy or corporate rehabilitation proceedings or other similar procedures have been filed, special clearing procedures or company clearing procedures have been started, or the suspension of bills have been filed) A person in question
3. Organizations and their officers or members who have received the dispositions set forth in Article 8, Paragraph 2, Item 1 of the Act on Regulation of Organizations that Performed Indiscriminate Mass Murder (Act No. 147 of 1999);
4. Gangsters stipulated in Article 2, item 2 of the Yokohama City Gangster Exclusion Ordinance, gangsters stipulated in Article 4 of the same Article, gang management control corporations prescribed in Article 5 of the same Article, or stipulated in Article 7 of the Ordinance Person who is deemed to have a close relationship with gangsters
5. A person who has violated the Kanagawa Gangster Exclusion Ordinance Article 23, Paragraph 1 or Paragraph 2
6. In addition, those who are judged to be unsuitable as borrowers
