Long-term loans receivable from property owned by Water Works Bureau

For these lands, etc., users are determined by public offering, but the public offering method and loan conditions differ for each property.
However, the following items cannot be used.
- Customs business prescribed in Article 2, Paragraph 1 of the Act on Regulations on Customs Business and Optimization of Business (Act No. 122 of 1948), special business related to sex customs business prescribed in Paragraph 5 of the same Article, etc. To be used for similar business
- Gangsters stipulated in Article 2, item 2 of the Yokohama City Gangster Exclusion Ordinance (December 2011 Yokohama City Ordinance No. 51), gangsters stipulated in item 4 of the same Article, etc. A person who has a close relationship with a management governing corporation, etc. or a gangster prescribed in Article 7 of the same Article shall use it for its activities.
- Use by a person who has a fact that violates Article 23, Paragraph 1 or Paragraph 2 of the Kanagawa Prefectural Gangster Exclusion Ordinance (2010 Kanagawa Prefectural Ordinance No. 75) for its activities
- Provide for odor, noise, or other purposes that cause inconvenience to nearby residents.
- Use that makes it difficult to return due to soil contamination, etc.
- Use for political or religious purposes
- Use against public order and morals
- Use for other purposes deemed unsuitable by the authorities

- Organizations subject to the dispositions listed in Article 8, Paragraph 2, Item 1 of the Act on Regulations of Organizations that Performed Indiscriminate Mass Murders (Act No. 147 of 1999) and their officers or members
