About municipal ownership land temporary loan

The planned business sites and alternative sites owned by Yokohama City may be used for other purposes until the city uses it by business.
For such municipal land, short-term loans are provided for construction materials, temporary construction offices, model room premises, etc.

Land subject to temporary loan

Properties that are listed as "unused" in the usage status column of the temporary loan land list are eligible.

How to apply

Fill out the application form for public property loan and submit it to the Finance Bureau Facility Managementrequired items.
Please be sure to consult with us before submitting the application form.
If there is no prior consultation, we may refuse even if you submit the application form.

Application period

From 1st to 10th of the month before the month to which the usage start date belongs (you can apply every month)
If the 10th is a closed agency day, it is until the next open agency day.
If there is no application during the application period, we will lend it on a first-come, first-served basis from the end of the application period until the end of the application period until the end of the month.

Purpose of Use

As a general rule, temporary use (as a site for material storage, temporary construction office, model room, etc.).

  • Please note that you will have to pay for it if you need to renovate the fence, etc., as the loan will be in the original state. In addition, after the loan period, you will need to return to the state when you lent the land.
  • If you use it in a material storage area, etc., noise or dust may cause inconvenience to the neighborhood, so please give an explanation to the local residents in advance before submitting the application form. . Please apply after obtaining a thorough understanding of the neighborhood.

Loan period

In principle, it is within one year, but it can be renewed for up to two years.

  • The rental period and purpose of use vary depending on the property.
  • When Yokohama-shi uses for public use or public use, we may have you return even in the middle of loan period.

Eligible users

It can be used by individuals, groups, and corporations.

Usage fee

The fair value calculated based on the standards set by the Yokohama City shall be the loan fee.
If the use is decided, you must pay the entire loan fee for the loan period before the contract.
Please note that due to the difference in the land unit price used as the calculation base, the amount differs for each property, even if the loan is made during the same period and the same area.
