The Consumer Protection Agreement promotes the voluntary activities of business associations stipulated in the Yokohama City Consumer Ordinance, establishes a consultation desk for various consultations and complaints from consumers, and improves businesses that are members of the organization. The purpose is to prevent consumer troubles by having business organizations provide guidance and training.
In Yokohama-shi, we establish "the consumer protection agreement conduct point with business group" and establish principle that Yokohama-shi and business group conclude consumer protection agreement.
