  • The floor area per unit is 25m2 or more in principle.
  • However, if there are common facilities such as living rooms, cafeterias, kitchens, etc. that have a sufficient area for the elderly to use jointly, it can be 18 m2 or more.
Facilities
  • In principle, kitchens, flush toilets, storage facilities, washbasin facilities and bathrooms in each house
  • However, if appropriate kitchens, storage facilities, and bathrooms are provided for shared use in common areas, it may be possible if each house has a flush toilet and washbasin facilities.
Aging-related structure
  • [Slope] no steps
  • [Corridor width] 78cm (75cm for pillars) or more
  • [Direction width] 75cm or more (room), 60cm or more (bathroom)
  • [Bathroom] Short side 120cm, area 1.8m2 or more (130cm short side, area 2m2 or more for detached houses)
  • [Main common stairs] T ÷ 24cm, 55cm ⇒ T + 2R ♡ 65cm (T: step dimensions, R: Keage dimensions)
  • [Handrail] Installed in toilets, bathrooms and stairs in dwelling units
  • [Elevator] For buildings on the third floor or higher, an elevator will be installed to stop on the floor where the building entrance is located.
Service

[Necessary Services] Situation grasp service, life consultation service

  • One of the following persons will be stationed on a residential site or a building on an adjacent site, except at night, to provide the above services.
  1. When companies such as medical corporations, social welfare corporations, and home service establishments designated by the Long-Term Care Insurance Law register (or receive consignment) → Person engaged in the service

  • If the contract is canceled within 3 months after moving in or the contract is terminated due to resident death, return the prepayment excluding the daily rent until the date of contract cancellation etc.
  • Necessary maintenance measures have been taken for advance payments such as rent.
