What is Yokohama City Residential Support Council?

The Housing Support Council is a council that can be set up arbitrarily based on Article 10 of the "Law Concerning the Promotion of the Supply of Rental Houses to Persons Needing to Secure Housing (commonly known as the Housing Safety Net Law)".
Those who need to secure housing are those with low-income earners, survivors, the elderly, disabled, families raising children, foreigners, those who have left the elementary school studenｔ nursing homes, and others who need special consideration for securing housing.
The Yokohama City Housing Support Council was established in October 2018 with the aim of ensuring the stability of housing for those who need to secure housing, thereby improving the welfare of Yokohama City and contributing to a rich and livable community development.

We have set up a consultation desk to receive consultations from those who are having difficulty securing their homes, landlords, real estate operators, and welfare support organizations that have been consulted about their homes.
