We collect bases at ward offices and collection offices of each ward.

Please keep it in the case at the time of purchase or put it in a plastic bag.
Please put the "mercury thermometer" directly in a special collection box.
"mercury sphygmomanometer" and "mercury thermometer" will be collected at the reception desk.
Please note that items that have been sent out once cannot be returned.

Reception hours
Ward Office ： Monday to Friday (excluding holidays and public holidays) from 8:45 am to 5:00 pm ※It is not accepted when the office is open on Saturday.
Collection Office ： Monday to Saturday 9am to 4pm (Please refrain from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm)
