Yokohama Pra 5.3 (garbage) plan
The Yokohama Plan 5.3 (Yokohama City Waste Management Basic Plan) aims to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from waste disposal and contribute to the realization of a decarbonized society by focusing on reducing plastic waste contained in burnable garbage, in addition to 3Rs and stable waste disposal.
