Excite Yokohama Town Development Guidelines

Rules for redevelopment and building rebuilding are shown. The contents of the guidelines were revised at the guidelines study meeting consisting of the private sector and the government in 2012, and operation has started on Monday, April 15, 2013. Additionally, some were added and modified in April 2018, and the operation started on Thursday, April 19, 2018.

Town development consultation guidelines

In the area around Yokohama Station, we have established a town planning consultation guideline to properly guide architectural plans and redevelopment plans, and to promote comfortable and attractive town planning. When we are going to apply for building confirmation applications or outdoor advertising matter permission in district, I would like consultation with Yokohama-shi from the earliest possible time such as investigation, planning stage.
