Land use and space formation

Taking advantage of the potential of the largest number of passengers in the Tokyo metropolitan area and the commercial agglomeration, and the proximity to Haneda Airport, we aim to strengthen urban functions suitable for international exchange bases mainly in Asia.

Environment

We will create a base for creating environmental value that is appropriate for future cities.
Promote low-carbon town development by promoting energy conservation, actively introducing renewable energy, etc., and building an independent and decentralized energy management system that enhances disaster safety.

In cooperation with the private sector and the government, we will promote disaster prevention and reduce disaster damage town development that is resistant to disasters such as earthquakes and floods.
