Land use and space formation

Taking advantage of the potential of the largest number of passengers in the Tokyo metropolitan area and the proximity to Haneda Airport, we aim to strengthen urban functions appropriate for an international exchange hub centered on Asia.

Environment

We will create a base for creating environmental value that is suitable for a future city.
We will promote low-carbon town development by promoting energy conservation, actively introducing renewable energy, and building an independent and decentralized energy management system that enhances disaster safety.
