1 Purpose
The area around Yokohama Station is a vibrant downtown area visited by many visitors as one of the central city areas of Yokohama City, but on the other hand, there are many issues such as lack of open spaces and complicated pedestrians and cars. I have In order to solve the issues of the city including these and enhance attractiveness, the plan “Excite Yokohama 22 (a major remodeling plan around Yokohama Station)” with a view to the future image 20 years from now was formulated in 2009. .
Based on this background, in the area around Yokohama Station, we will properly guide architectural plans and redevelopment plans, accumulate commercial facilities, business facilities, urban housing, etc., as well as maintain urban infrastructure such as roads and good pedestrian We promote comfortable and attractive city planning by securing space.
2 Consultation Area
Yokohama-sta.-nishiguchi area: Kitayuki 1-chome and 2-chome, Nishi-ku, Koichi Minami-chome and 2-chome and Sengencho 1-chome, Kusu-cho, Tsuruya-cho, Kanagawa-ku 1-chome, 2-chome, 3-chome each: About 57 ha

(1)Conformance with Excite Yokohama 22 (a major remodeling plan around Yokohama Station)

(2)Community of buildings and sites
