Style required at the time of building agreement conclusion

This is the form of laws and regulations required for the approval of building agreements. When concluding a building agreement, other related documents are required. For more information, please contact the Urban Development Bureau or the ward office.

A style that is useful for the operation of a building agreement

■Please let us know if the chairperson of the Steering Committee changes.

If the chairperson of the Building Agreement Steering Committee or the person in charge of distributing news from the Building Agreement, please inform the Urban Development Bureau or the ward office. At this time, please let us know in writing using the following form. Failure to report will result in delays from the agreement and other important communications. In addition, if you are registered as a local town development group, please also submit the local town development group registration change registration form and registration form such as contact information. Submissions may not only be brought to the counter, but also by mail.

■The style when the neighboring land joins

If you live in a building agreement adjacent to the Building Agreement designated at the time of approval of the Building Agreement and wish to join the Building Agreement, prepare the following Building Agreement Notification and required documents, and submit it to the Urban Development Bureau or the ward office. You.

■Convenient style for prior notification

In running a building agreement, it is very important to confirm changes in land owners and acts such as new construction and extension of buildings. Please use the following style in each Building Agreement Steering Committee as necessary.
In addition, if you do not decide to perform these reports in the Building Agreement, it is recommended that you discuss with each Building Agreement Steering Committee and Building Agreement Districts, and determine the procedures in the Building Agreement Steering Committee Detailed Regulations.
