Style required at the time of concluding a building agreement
This is the style of laws and regulations required for approval of building agreements. When concluding a building agreement, related documents are required in addition to these. For more information, please contact Urban Development Bureau or the ward office.
A style useful for the operation of building agreements
■Please let me know when the chairperson of the steering committee is changed.
If the chairperson of the Building Agreement Steering Committee or the person in charge of distribution from the Building Agreement is changed, please inform the Urban Development Bureau or the ward office. At this time, please let us know in writing using the following form. If there is no report, the news from the agreement and other important communications will be delayed. Also, if you have registered as a regional community development group, please submit registration form, such as registration form and contact information. Submissions can be made not only by bringing them to the counter, but also by mail.
■Style when an adjacent land joins
If you live in a building agreement adjacent to the building agreement designated at the time of approval of the building agreement and wish to join the building agreement, please prepare the following building agreement participation notification and required documents and submit it to the Urban Development Bureau or ward office .
For required documents and procedures, please refer to Chapter 6 of the Guide to the Building Agreement Steering Committee, “About Land Adjacent to the Building Agreement Area”.
■Form convenient for prior notification, etc.
In operating a building agreement, it is very important to confirm changes such as land owners and new construction and extension of buildings. Please use the following style within each Building Agreement Steering Committee as necessary.
In addition, if you do not decide to perform these notifications in the Building Agreement, it is recommended that you discuss with each Building Agreement Steering Committee or Building Agreement District and determine the procedure in the Building Agreement Steering Committee Detailed Rules etc. To do. Depending on the Building Agreement Steering Committee, you may have already set your own style and request a report, so please check with each Building Agreement Steering Committee in advance when submitting a report.
■Styles such as decision, change of prior consultation request district
In addition to the building agreement area, the Steering Committee requesting prior consultation on the contents of the plan before applying for building confirmation at the time of building planning, etc. on the land adjacent to the building agreement area, etc. Please submit using the following style after consulting with the Urban Development Bureau or the ward office.
