For buildings facing Yoshida-cho Street, retreat the first floor part of 1.0m or more from the road boundary line, and maintain the retreat part in a sidewalk shape.

Oh, please secure bicycle parking lots for the number required for facility user on site according to use, scale of building.
B. The parking lot and bicycle parking lots in a position that does not hinder the bustle of the street and the safety of pedestrian spaces.

The color of the outer wall of the building should be based on tea or white, and harmonize with the cityscape.

The size and color of the outdoor advertising matter should be in harmony with the building on the same site and the surrounding landscape. Also, avoid loud noises and video devices, and use the external lighting system when using lighting equipment.
