First Yellow / Hinodecho district town planning consultation guidelines

1 Purpose

Until now, the deterioration of the environment due to illegal business of some stores has been a major problem in this area, but with the cooperation of the local, police, and the government, we aim to transform it into a healthy city where everyone can walk with peace of mind. Currently, we are working on various environmental improvements.
In the future, in order to aim for "a bright and livable town where children can have dreams and hopes", we will work on the continuity of the bustle of the city and the guidance of the appropriate standard of living in apartments. .

1-chome and 2-chome, Koganecho, Naka-ku, 1-chome, 2-chome, 3-chome, Hinodecho 1-chome, 2-chome

Information on 3 Districts

We are planning to widen the city planning road Sakuragi Higashitotsuka Line.

4 Contents of the discussion (see the attached figure)

(1)Promotion of joint construction

Because there are narrow sites and narrow streets, please try to use land by communalizing the site as much as possible.

(2)Securing pedestrian space (wall retreat)

A part of the city planning road Sakuragi Higashitotsuka Line and the city planning road Yokohama Station Negishi Line
In order to secure a pedestrian space, both sides should retreat 1.5m wall from the road boundary line, maintain it at the same level as the sidewalk, and secure the retreat area at least 2.7m in height. (Excluding the part where the site boundary is a city planning road plan line)

(3)Building applications

In order to create a safe, secure and lively cityscape
Oh, along the city planning road Sakuragi Higashitotsuka Line and along the Ooka River, please arrange commercial and business facilities in the lower part.
(i) Applications that are considered to harm morals throughout the district ※Please avoid (PDF: 219KB).
In the case of a winter, in order to ensure as good living standard as possible, the size of one dwelling unit must exceed 30 m2, avoid one-room format as much as possible, and use a family type.
