1 Purpose
Until now, environmental degradation due to the illegal business of some stores has become a major problem, but with the cooperation of the local, police, and the government, we aim to transform it into a healthy city where everyone can walk with peace of mind. We are currently working on various environmental improvements.
In the future, in order to create a bright and livable town where children can have dreams and hopes, we will work on the continuity of the bustle of the city and guidance of the appropriate living standards of condominiums. .

3 District Information
We are planning to widen the city planning road Sakuragi Higashitotsuka Line.
4 Contents of discussion (see attached figure)
(1)Promotion of joint construction
Since there are narrow sites and narrow streets, please try to use the land as much as possible by communalizing the site.
(2)Securing pedestrian space (retreatment of wall)
Part of city planning road Sakuragi Higashitotsuka Line and city planning road Yokohama Station Negishi Line
In order to secure pedestrian space, both sides retreat 1.5m from the road boundary line on both sides, maintain at the same level as the sidewalk, and secure the retreat area at least 2.7m in height. (Excluding areas where the site boundary is the city planning road planning line)
(3)Building applications
In order to create a safe and secure bustling cityscape.
Oh, along city planning road Sakuragi Higashitotsuka Line and along Ooka River, please arrange commercial, business facility to low-rise part.
(A) Applications that are considered to be harmful to customs throughout the district ※(PDF: 219KB) Please avoid this.
(C) In condominiums, in order to secure a good living standard as possible, the size of one dwelling unit should exceed 30 m2, and avoid the one-room format as much as possible, and use the family type.
