About social experiment to close pedestrian crossing at Keyaki Dori Avenue west intersection in Minato Mirai 21 district
Purpose
At the Keyaki Dori Avenue West Intersection in Minato Mirai 21 District, we will conduct a social experiment to close the pedestrian crossing in front of Minato Mirai Minato Mirai Entrance (Haneda) with the aim of improving safety and traffic congestion by eliminating intersections between pedestrians and vehicles. At the same time, we will conduct traffic surveys and questionnaires to verify the effects and issues of closing pedestrian crossings.
