Minato Mirai 21 Districts 60, 61,62 Town Development Policy

Minatomirai 21 Districts 60,61, and 62 are large-scale land close to both the center of Minato Mirai 21 district and Yokohama Station, and is an important area that needs to guide symbolic development in the city's coastal area.
In February 2015, Yokohama City received opinions and suggestions from multiple companies in sounding surveys, we received the “Yokohama City Central Coastal Area Revitalization Master Plan”, which shows the future image of the city center coastal area, and opinions and suggestions from multiple companies in sounding surveys. We devised "Minato Mirai 21 district 60, 61,62 block town planning policy".
In this block, "City development centered on tourism and entertainment" has been established as a policy, and since then, we have been recruiting developers in accordance with this policy, and town planning has been promoted.
