Minato Mirai 21 district 60, 61, 62 block town planning policy

The Minato Mirai 21 district 60, 61, and 62 blocks are large-scale land close to both the center of Minato Mirai 21 district and Yokohama Station, and are an important area that needs to guide symbolic development in the coastal area of central Tokyo.
In February 2015, Yokohama City received the “Yokohama City Central Coastal Rehabilitation Master Plan”, which shows the future image of the city coastal area to be pursued, and opinions and suggestions from multiple companies in the sounding survey. We devised "Minato Mirai 21 district 60.61.62 block town planning policy".
In this block, "City planning centered on tourism and entertainment" has been established as a policy, and since then, public recruitment of developers has been conducted in accordance with this policy, and town planning has been promoted.
