Purpose of Business

 In the area around East Exit of Tsunashima Station, there is a need to improve the transportation infrastructure such as buses and taxis, as well as the pedestrian environment, and the lack of urban planning roads.
 Urban redevelopment project to be implemented in an integrated manner with the land readjustment project (city enforcement) following the decision of a new station of the Sotetsu / Tokyu direct line in this area in October 2012 (Union enforcement), along with the new station maintenance, we will promote rational and sound advanced use of land in conjunction with new station maintenance, and aim to eliminate issues in the area around Tsunashima Station East Exit.

May 2014: Establishment of a preparatory meeting for redevelopment in front of Tsunashima Station (established at the same time as the preparatory meeting for community development around Shin-Tsunashima Station and East Exit Station Area Redevelopment Preparatory Committee)
