Current situation and direction of town development
Around East Exit Tsunashima Station, we are promoting community development triggered by the development of a new station on the Tokyu Shin-Yokohama Line.
In this area, there are many roads that do not have enough sidewalks, and chronic traffic congestion on surrounding roads such as the Tsunashima Kaido. In addition, the area around the new station was not fully utilized.
The new station will open in March 2023, and first, the land readjustment project and the urban redevelopment project will be implemented integrally around the new station, and the maintenance of urban infrastructure facilities such as roads and the land adjacent to the new station We are promoting land use. We plan to implement urban redevelopment projects in front of Tsunashima Station in front of East Exit Station. We will promote community development in both areas and enhance the functions of bases throughout Tsunashima Station East Exit.
