In Yokohama-shi, "local town development plan" "local town development rule" based on the Yokohama-shi local town development promotion regulations and "city planning" based on the City Planning Act are established.

When building in the area, it is necessary to consider consistency with local town development plans and harmony with the surrounding environment.
The following areas have formulated "Disaster Prevention Town Development Plans" that work on issues related to local disaster prevention in particular as "Local Town Development Plans", and will be under the jurisdiction of the Disaster Prevention Town Development Promotion Section.※

When building, etc. in the area where the district plan is established, in order to confirm that it conforms to the contents stipulated in the district plan, registration form must submit design documents etc. at least 30 days before the start of construction. It is necessary to submit a report to the section in charge.
In the case of a building confirmation application, a duplicate of registration form will be required, so please complete the notification procedure before applying for confirmation.
