Utilization of the former Tsurumi Technical High School

We have been promoting utilization in consideration of the viewpoint of local town development called "improvement of liveliness".

The site is divided into east and west across the road, but on the eastern site, it is used for special elderly nursing homes and disaster prevention.
We have developed a passageway that contributes to. On the west site, the Yokohama Medical Association Nursing College was relocated and redeveloped.
In addition to utilizing it as a first step, it will also become a evacuation sites park and a passageway that contributes to disaster prevention.
We have secured it.

In addition, on both the east and west sites, except for the above facilities, local revitalization, such as community development and solving local issues.
In order to lead to the conversion, we conducted a public recruitment of private businesses with land use conditions. The western site is a commercial facility.
We maintained a complex facility with paid nursing homes and community exchange facilities. The eastern site is rehabilitation during the recovery period.
We have developed a hospital with beds.

※The Urban Development Bureau Disaster Prevention Town Development Promotion Section maintains and secure passageways.
We have been working with related departments on comprehensive coordination such as land use from the viewpoint of community development.
