What is an electric vehicle (EV)?

It is a car that runs by moving the motor with charged electricity.

What is a plug-in hybrid vehicle (PHV)?

A hybrid vehicle (HV) running with both a gasoline engine and a motor is equipped with an even larger battery so that it can be plugged in and charged from a household power supply. It is possible to run with only the power supplied, and if it is a short distance travel like a city ride, it can run only with a motor, thus reducing CO2 emissions during driving.

What is a fuel cell vehicle (FCV)?

It is a car that runs using electricity generated by the chemical reaction of hydrogen and oxygen. Unlike gasoline cars, it runs by moving the motor instead of the engine.
