Experience rice making in precious rice fields in Yokohama

In Yokohama City, the scenery with rice fields has decreased, but many precious rural scenery still remains in Tana Eminosato.
With the careful guidance of local veteran farmers, anyone, from children to adults, can experience a year of rice-making, from rice planting to rice harvesting, threshing and milling. You can take the harvested rice to take home.

Venue	Rice field near Tanamachi, Aoba-ku, Yokohama Agricultural Cooperative Tana Branch (8-minute walk from Tana Station on the Tokyu Denentoshi Line)
Scheduled date 5 days, 6 times in total	●Saturday, May 25: Rice planting: From 9 a.m. ●Saturday, June 22: Creature survey (first half) Weeding (second half): From 9 a.m. ●Saturday, July 27: Scarecrows: From 4 p.m. ●Saturday, October 5: Rice harvesting: From 9 a.m. ●Saturday, October 19: Threshing and rice sliding: From 9 a.m. ＊Delivery of rice and rice may be at a later date depending on the weather. ＊The schedule is subject to change depending on the weather and rice growing conditions.
Targets	Family or individual living in Aoba Ward / Midori Ward who can participate in the entire schedule.
Number of applicants	30 groups (up to 4 people per group, about 100 people) ※In the case of a large number of applicants, we will inform you of the winning by mail after lottery.
Participation fee	7,000 yen per set (6 times in total, including accident insurance premiums)
Distribution of rice	One set of brown rice can be taken home (approximately 10 kg). It increases or decreases depending on the amount of harvest.
